ಭಾನೂದಯಾಸ್ತಗಳಿನಲ್ತೆ ದಿಕ್ಕಾಲಗಳ । ಮಾನಗಣಿತವು ನಮಗೆ? ಭಾನುವಿರದೊಡದೇಂ? ॥ ಅನಂತ್ಯ, ಶುದ್ಧಸತ್ತಾ ಮಾತ್ರ, ಬೊಮ್ಮನದು । ಲೀನನಾಗದರೊಳಗೆ - ಮಂಕುತಿಮ್ಮ ॥ ೮೯೪ ॥

ಸೂರ್ಯನ ಉದಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಳುಗುವಿಕೆಯಿಂದ, ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಅಳತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಲದ ಲೆಕ್ಕಾಚಾರವನ್ನು ನಾವು ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಸೂರ್ಯನೇ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಇದ್ದಿದ್ದರೆ? ಆಗ ಅನಂತವಾದ ಪರಬ್ರಹ್ಮನ ಶುದ್ಧ ಸತ್ವ ಎಲ್ಲೆಡೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಕಾಣುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಂತಹ ಶುದ್ಧ ಸತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಲೀನವಾಗು ಎಂದು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಗುಂಡಪ್ಪನವರು ಈ ಮುಕ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ.
