ಧರ್ಮನಿರ್ಣಯ ನಿನಗೆ ಜನ್ಮಜನ್ಮಾಂತರದ । ಕರ್ಮಸಂದರ್ಭದಿಂದೊಗೆವುದದನರಿತು ॥ ನಿರ್ಮಮದ ನಿರ್ಮಲೋತ್ಸಹದೆ ನೀನಾಚರಿಸೆ । ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಸಾಮೀಪ್ಯವೆಲೊ - ಮಂಕುತಿಮ್ಮ ॥ ೬೨೨ ॥

ನಿನಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ವಭಾವ, ಎಂದರೆ ಧರ್ಮ, ಜನ್ಮಜನ್ಮಾಂತರದ ಕರ್ಮ ಸಂಬಂಧದಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಅರಿತು, ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ಸಂಬಂಧದಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ಮಮಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಹೊಲಸನ್ನು ಸ್ವ ಇಚ್ಚೆಯಿಂದ ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ತೊರೆದು ತೊಳೆದುಕೊಂಡರೆ, ಶುದ್ಧನಾಗಿ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮ ಸಾಮೀಪ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಮೋಕ್ಷದ ಹಾದಿಯನ್ನು ತೋರಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಗುಂಡಪ್ಪನವರು ಈ ಮುಕ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ.
